Alive & Well

As the summer season begins to wane, the time is ripe to nourish ourselves, and untangle what has collected within our fields. An opportunity to welcome new rhythms, envision good fortune, and apply potent modalities of awareness, healing and restoration with intention. Close to nature, and in community, we come home to ourselves through the current of the breath, the alchemical fire, cooling waters, and sacred ground. The gift of life, the gift of wellness. IMPORTANT Props and yoga mats will not be provided for the Yoga practice. Plan to bring your own, including pillows, bolsters, towels, throw blankets, yoga blocks, etc. Comfortable, loose fitting, and temperature appropriate clothing is recommended. The Yoga will be outdoors and timings are subject to change based on weather. There will be both patio and grassy areas to practice on, as such critter friends may be present.
